Neo-America Language School's ESL programs are approved by the following organization:

• Authorized by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS) to accept international students and Issue I-20's using the SEVIS system
• Bureau for private postsecondary and Vocational Education (BPPVE)
